Welcome to Our Social Pottery Making Classes & Courses: Friendly Terms & Conditions
We're so excited to have you join our pottery making classes and courses! By participating, you agree to our terms and conditions, which help ensure a fantastic experience for everyone. Let's dive in!
Booking Your Pottery Experience
To secure your spot, please book and pay in advance using our online system in the 'book now' section. Each ticket covers one person, so notify us if you're bringing friends. Can't make it? Email support@socialpottery.com to reschedule or request a refund. Redeem vouchers issued after April 2022 using the code provided during booking.
Drinks and Snacks
Feel free to bring your own drinks, but note that only cans are allowed (maximum of 2 per person). However, for health and safety reasons, food and nibbles aren't permitted in our Making Studio.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Our taster throwing sessions are popular, with limited spots per class. We require full payment upon booking confirmation. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 72 hours notice. Without sufficient notice, we can't reschedule or refund your session, even for emergencies or illness. This policy ensures fairness to our tutors and other customers.
Long Courses
If you can't attend a session of your 4-week course, let us know. We don't offer reschedules for missed classes, but our tutors will complete the work for that week, as pottery making is time-sensitive.
Punctuality Matters
Please arrive on time or inform us if you'll be late. If you're within 20 minutes of the start time, join in, but keep in mind that the class must finish within the scheduled time. Arriving more than 30 minutes late means you won't be able to participate.
Collecting Your Creations
Your pottery will be ready for pickup at our studio (120 Kentish Town Road, NW1 9PY) within three weeks of your lesson. You have an eight-week window to collect it from the initial notice. After ten weeks, we'll donate uncollected items (unless we hear from you) due to limited storage space.
Firing Your Pottery
If your pottery gets damaged during glazing or firing, we'll do our best to provide a replacement. Handmade pottery can be unpredictable, but we always strive to prevent issues. Embrace the creative journey with us!
Painting and Glazing Services
Book painting and glazing services through our website (https://socialpottery.com/pages/136-kentish-town-booking). The cost is ÂŁ10 per hour, with a ÂŁ5 deposit to secure your spot. Pay the remaining balance upon completion.
Thank you for choosing our Social Pottery Making Classes & Courses! We can't wait to see your beautiful creations.
