COUPLES FAQ

Pottery for two, answered

Is pottery a good date night?
It is our most common booking by a mile: two is what most tables at Social Pottery are booked for. A couple of hours, something to do with your hands, and a piece each to take home.
Do we need to book as a couple?
For late-night and Sip & Paint sessions, yes: they fill up. Daytime painting takes walk-ins at all four painting studios.
Can we do the wheel together?
Yes: wheel tasters seat you side by side with one tutor for the group, at Studio 221 in Camden, Balham and Milton Keynes.
What does a date night cost?
Painting: the studio fee plus a piece each, from £18 in London and £15 in Milton Keynes. Wheel tasters from £30 a person. Gift cards for two start at £60.
Can we swap pieces?
Paint one for each other and swap when they come back glazed, in two to three weeks.

Me and my friend had a great experience at Social Pottery Making. The instructor was extremely knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable even as beginners. The painting session was fun. All the staff are lovely and welcoming. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested.

Social Pottery helped us organize a beautiful pottery painting workshop for 30 students! Everyone had a great time. Chloe was especially helpful through the process, and extremely accommodating to all our requests! A must do for anyone looking for a nice decompression workshop!

KADRA made us feel so welcomed and gave us a tutorial at the beginning. She kept on checking up on us too. I ordered a hot chocolate with oat milk and it was really nice. Overall wholesome vibe 😊. Will 100% recommend this to friends and will come again🙌🏾🥳
