Me and my friend had a great experience at Social Pottery Making. The instructor was extremely knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable even as beginners. The painting session was fun. All the staff are lovely and welcoming. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested.

Social Pottery helped us organize a beautiful pottery painting workshop for 30 students! Everyone had a great time. Chloe was especially helpful through the process, and extremely accommodating to all our requests! A must do for anyone looking for a nice decompression workshop!

KADRA made us feel so welcomed and gave us a tutorial at the beginning. She kept on checking up on us too. I ordered a hot chocolate with oat milk and it was really nice. Overall wholesome vibe 😊. Will 100% recommend this to friends and will come again🙌🏾🥳

BEFORE YOU BYOB

Good to know

What is Sip & Paint?
An evening pottery painting session where you bring your own drinks. Pick a ceramic piece, paint it however you like with a drink in hand, and we glaze and fire it into a food-safe keepsake.
Can I really bring my own alcohol?
Yes — BYOB is the point. Drinks must be in cans, maximum two per person, and you must be 18+ to drink. Guests aged 13–17 can join with a guardian.
How much does it cost?
A small studio fee per person plus the piece you choose — everything else (paints, tools, glazing and kiln firing) is included. Exact prices are on each session and studio page.
Where can I do it?
Studio 136 in Kentish Town, White City inside Westfield London, Balham in South London, and Studio 150 in Milton Keynes. Camden is our making studio — no painting there.
When do I get my pottery?
Painted pieces are glazed, fired and ready in 2–3 weeks, and you then have 30 days to collect from the studio where you painted.
