Three ways to get messy
OPTION 1Pottery Painting WorkshopKiln-fired · food-safe
- Ceramic options: each participant chooses from a selection of ceramic items — bowls, mugs, plates, pen holders and more.
- The session: a relaxing 60-minute pottery painting session, with our experienced staff on hand for guidance, tips and creative inspiration. A wide variety of underglaze colours, brushes and tools at your disposal.
- Completion and firing: after the session we carefully collect the painted ceramics and fire them in our kiln, setting the colours and making every piece food-safe and long-lasting.
- Delivery: personalised creations are fired and back with you 2–3 weeks after the workshop, collected or shipped.
OPTION 2Paint Pottery with AcrylicsSame-day takeaway
- Ceramic options: each participant selects their preferred canvas from planters, vases, tiles and seasonal variations.
- The session: a 60-minute ceramic painting session with our instructors providing guidance and creative insights throughout. A wide palette of acrylic colours, brushes and tools ready to go.
- Completion: pieces are ready to take home the same day. We provide a sealant to apply 24 hours after painting — acrylic pieces are decorative and not food-safe.
OPTION 3Clay Modeling WorkshopAir-dry clay · hands-on making
- What’s in store: fun shaping tricks — coiling, pinching and slab work — to make pots, bowls, or whatever you fancy.
- The clay: air-dry clay, so no kiln needed. Our hands-on staff and a step-by-step guide take you from first pinch to finished piece.
- Decorating: acrylic paints once the clay has hardened — which means pieces can’t be used for food or drink.
- Take-home: items leave with their makers the same day and fully harden over the following days.
