Collecting Your Creations

Collecting Your Painted or Made Items

Painted Items (Painting sessions):

    1. Leave Your Piece: After you’ve finished painting, simply leave your piece with us.
    2. Glazing and Firing: We’ll glaze your piece with a clear coat and fire it in our kiln.
    3. Pickup Time: Your painted item will be ready for pickup 15 days after your session.

    Made Items (Making sessions):

      1. Leave Your Piece: Once you’ve completed your creation, leave it with us.
      2. Drying and Firing: We’ll let your piece dry thoroughly before firing it in our kiln.
      3. Pickup Time: Your handmade item will be ready for pickup 28 days after your session if we are glazing your creations or 21 days after your session otherwise.

      4. Book your collection slot

      Book a collection appointment at the studio where you had your session.

      FAQ's

      If you’re unable to collect your piece during your booked timeslot, you can cancel your booking through the confirmation email and reschedule by following the same steps as your original booking.

      Yes, you can collect multiple items in a single booking. Just upload a photo of all the items when making your reservation.

      If you miss your collection slot, you can easily schedule a new booking through the website.

      We store pieces 30 days more after beign ready to collect, after that period we donate the pieces to charity
