Events & Parties

Celebrate your birthday, team social, or hen party with a fun and unique pottery experience! Our Custom Hand-Building or Wheel workshop is 1.5-2 hours long and is suitable for groups of 8 to 30 people. The cost starts at ÂŁ35 per person. During the workshop, you'll be guided through the process of creating your own pottery piece.
Feel free to bring your own decorations and refreshments to make the event even more special. We also offer a BYOB option with no corkage fee (must be 18+).

Class Options

Pottery Making Taster Class :
Hand building & Wheel Throwing

In this session you will be taught the basics of hand building clay, including coiling and slab-building. You will also have the opportunity to learn how to throw/sculpt ceramic pieces on the potter's-wheel.

  • Instruction by a professional potter
  • 2h of guided learning and making
  • By the end of the taster class you will have 3 masterpieces made by you ( one thrown on the wheel and another one hand build)
  • Once you have created your pieces, we will fire them in our kiln (bisque fire only) if you would like to glaze your pieces and decorate them there is extra fee.
  • You can come and pick up your item(s) 3 weeks of your event day

Introductory Pottery
Wheel Taster Class

Welcome to our pottery wheel introduction class! In this 1.5-hour session, you'll learn the basics of creating small bowls and cylinders using the potter's wheel. Our experienced tutor will guide you through the process and you can expect to make between 1 and 3 pieces. This class is perfect for beginners and is a group activity with a maximum of 8 people. You can bring a friend or come by yourself and meet new people in the class.

Pottery Wheel Mug Making: 4 Week Course

“Make your own Mug" 4 week wheel throwing course for beginners with Ania Perkowska

This course covers introduction to wheel throwing and making handles for beginners. Throughout the course the students will be taught to throw a simple cylinder, shown how to trim pots and attach handles. At the end of the course the students will have a mug or a cup which can then be painted in the painting session to make a usable, food safe object. 

 220 inclusive of all materials and bisque firing.

 Pottery Wheel Bowl Making: 4 Week Course
